Recurring Subscription Policy

1. Subscription Agreement: STAND FLAGPOLES® offers a subscription service for our customers to receive our products on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the subscription fee for the products you select for the duration of your subscription. You also agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Recurring Subscription Policy.

2. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle or the term you have selected unless the subscription is canceled or paused.

3. Billing and Payments: By subscribing you authorize us to charge your Payment method for the subscription fee, as well as any other charges you may incur. You agree to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information with us.

4. Cancellation or Pause: You have the option to cancel or pause your subscription at any time through the Subscriber Portal section of our website / OR click on the link sent with your order confirmation. You may update your payment information, shipping address, frequency, pause, skip or cancel subscriptions.

5. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following cycle. You may also contact our customer support team at for assistance.

6. Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation or pausing a subscription will prevent future charges, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle.

7. Sale Offers: Subscriptions may not be combined with any other offer or discount. All subscription items are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be allowed on items purchased with a subscription plan, unless it is a defective/wrong item.

8. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Our Customer Service team is here to help.

9. Geographical Limitation: Subscriptions are only available to residents of the United States.

10. Communication: CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS REQUIRE THIS. You will receive notifications regarding upcoming renewals, changes to the subscription, and other important information via email or other communication channels provided by you. We are unable to cancel a shipment the day that the recurring shipment is billed.
